Nexai Labs Limited grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

BibleLume may provide scripture-related content, app tools, premium features, and other digital functionality. Features may change, be updated, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.
Certain features may require a one-time purchase or subscription through Apple’s App Store. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple’s platform rules and policies. Users are responsible for reviewing Apple’s terms before making a purchase.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or factors beyond our control may affect access.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexai Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if a user violates these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing the operations of Nexai Labs Limited, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in the user’s jurisdiction.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the BibleLume application, including but not limited to its software, design, layout, branding, graphics, logos, features, text, compilation, and related materials, are owned by or licensed to Nexai Labs Limited, unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, republication, reverse engineering, resale, or exploitation of any part of the App or associated materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Nexai Labs Limited, except where permitted by applicable law.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners. Use of any such marks without authorization is prohibited.
